Digital CareID™

Digital CareID™ provides one permanent emergency link that the owner can open or copy securely from My CareID. No physical CareID product is included.

NO APP, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO HELPER LOGIN. A helper can open the selected emergency guide or approved profile in a compatible browser without a CareID account.

Choose the information level

• Condition-Ready Emergency Guide — $29.00: general condition-specific emergency guidance with no personal medical profile.
• Personalized CareID Emergency Profile — $68.00: adds owner-approved emergency contacts, allergies, medications, communication needs, safe-return details, and responder notes.

What happens after checkout

The paid order is connected to My CareID. Choose the emergency guide there. For Personalized CareID, edit the private profile, preview what responders may see, and submit it for review. Current responder information remains active while an update is reviewed.

Digital CareID is a non-shipping product. The permanent emergency link is retrieved only after the owner signs in to My CareID and explicitly opens or copies it.

Do not submit medical details through Shopify order notes, ordinary email, reviews, social media, or the general contact form.

CareID supplements emergency services and ordinary medical identification. It does not replace 911 or professional medical care.
