CareID Connect

CareID Connect is the emergency page opened through an assigned CareID QR code, NFC tap point, or permanent Digital CareID link.

NO APP, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO HELPER LOGIN. A helper does not need a Shopify or CareID account to open the emergency information assigned to a CareID.

Three distinct experiences

• Community Guides: public educational guidance for bystanders and caregivers.
• Condition-Ready CareID: general guidance for the condition selected for a purchased CareID, with no personal profile.
• Personalized CareID: only approved person-specific emergency information selected by the owner or caregiver.

Emergency access

The responder page is designed for quick scanning, clear emergency actions, and readable guidance. It does not replace 911, dispatcher instructions, ordinary medical identification, or professional medical care.

Manage your CareID privately

Use My CareID to edit a private profile, preview what responders may see, and submit it for review. Current responder information remains active while an update is reviewed.

Editing credentials and private drafts are never part of the public emergency page. Anyone with the assigned CareID access point or permanent link may be able to view the currently approved emergency information.
