Accessibility Statement

CareID Alert is working to make its storefront, emergency guidance, and support information usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Our approach

We aim for clear language, meaningful headings, keyboard-accessible controls, readable contrast, descriptive image text, visible focus states, scalable text, and interfaces that work without requiring precise gestures.

Emergency access

CareID emergency pages are intended to open without account login. Important actions should not depend on color alone. When a QR code is difficult to use, an NFC tap point or printed web address may provide another route where included.

Known limitations

Some third-party services, checkout components, wallet features, or older content may not yet provide the same level of accessibility. We continue to review and improve these areas.

Request assistance or report a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete a purchase, contact CareID Alert and describe the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and the problem encountered. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an alternative method.

This statement describes an ongoing effort and is not a certification that every page conforms to a particular technical standard.
