Is this a physical product?
No. Digital CareID is entirely digital. You receive a wallet-style pass, QR emergency profile, lock-screen alert, and shareable link — all delivered instantly after purchase. Nothing is shipped.
Do I need an app or subscription?
No. Everything works through standard phone features (Apple Wallet, browser, lock screen). No app to download, no subscription, no login.
Does the $29 Digital CareID include personal information?
No. The $29 Condition-Ready Digital CareID includes emergency guidance for the selected condition only. It does not include name, address, emergency contacts, medications, allergies, or personal care instructions.
How do I add personal emergency details?
Choose the Personalized Digital CareID option. After checkout, you'll complete a secure setup form and CareID will build and proof the full emergency profile before activation.
What if the person cannot use a smartphone?
The QR profile link can be printed, shared with caregivers, or added to a physical card or bracelet (available separately). The lock-screen alert works best when the phone is carried by the person or a caregiver.
Is the information private?
The Condition-Ready version does not include personal information. Personalized profiles are only accessible through the unique QR, wallet pass, lock-screen alert, or direct emergency link. Anyone with the link can view the emergency information, so only include details you are comfortable making accessible in an emergency.
Does Digital CareID track location?
No. Digital CareID is not live GPS tracking. The emergency profile can include a location share button so a helper can share current location when assistance is needed.
