Is the bracelet included?
No. This listing is for the physical CareID Card™ medical ID card and included digital setup tools only. Bracelet not included.
Do I need an app or subscription?
No. The QR and NFC open the emergency profile in a phone browser. No app, no subscription, no login.
Where can the card be carried?
Wallet, purse, phone case, backpack, school bag, travel bag, caregiver folder, or senior safety kit.
Does the included profile contain personal information?
No. The included Condition-Ready Profile shows emergency guidance for the selected condition only. It does not include name, address, phone numbers, medications, allergies, or personal care instructions.
How do I add personal emergency details?
Choose the Personalized CareID Profile upgrade. After checkout, you’ll complete a secure setup form and CareID will build and proof the full emergency profile before activation.
Is this only for dementia?
No. It can be used for dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, epilepsy, seizures, severe allergies, diabetes, travel safety, senior safety, non-verbal support, and caregiver backup information.
Does CareID track location?
No. CareID is not live GPS tracking. The emergency profile can include a location share button so a helper can share current location when assistance is needed.
