No. This listing is for the physical CareID Card™ medical ID card and included digital setup tools only. Bracelet not included.
Do I need an app or subscription?
No. The QR and NFC open the emergency profile in a phone browser. No app, no subscription, no login.
Where can the card be carried?
Wallet, purse, phone case, backpack, school bag, travel bag, caregiver folder, or senior safety kit.
What information can the emergency profile include?
Name, emergency contacts, medical conditions, allergies, medications, caregiver notes, important instructions, preferred language, and responder guidance.
Is this only for dementia?
No. It can be used for dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, epilepsy, seizures, severe allergies, diabetes, travel safety, senior safety, non-verbal support, and caregiver backup information.
