Is this a physical product?
No. Digital CareID is entirely digital. You receive a wallet‑style pass, QR emergency profile, lock‑screen alert, and shareable link — all delivered instantly after purchase. Nothing is shipped.
Do I need an app or subscription?
No. Everything works through standard phone features (Apple Wallet, browser, lock screen). No app to download, no subscription, no login.
Can I use it for multiple conditions?
Yes. You select a primary condition for the emergency guidance template, but the profile can include multiple medical conditions, allergies, medications, and notes. Choose “Other / Not Sure” if the templates don’t exactly match.
What if the person cannot use a smartphone?
The QR profile link can be printed, shared with caregivers, or added to a physical card or bracelet (available separately). The lock‑screen alert works best when the phone is carried by the person or a caregiver.
Is the information private?
